The Afton natural Savvy Rest platform bed is made in Virginia by Savvy Rest’s own skilled woodworkers. The Afton supports your sleep with timeless simplicity. Maple & Poplar posts, rails and legs are finished to your preference. Choose zero-VOC linseed oil; zero-VOC walnut, cedar or mahogany stain; or natural unfinished. No lacquers or varnishes are used. Made to last for generations, the Afton Savvy Rest Platform Bed features closely-spaced poplar slats and solid steel, mortised-in corner brackets. Each corner has three tenons for optimal strength and durability. Simple assembly; no tools required.

Esmont

Hand-built in Savvy Rest’s Central Virginia woodshop, the Esmont Savvy Rest Platform Bed marries traditional construction and clever design with a unique, customizable headboard. Create a simple pattern with included spacers, or opt for a solid appearance.

Like their flagship model, the Esmont natural platform bed features an all-maple frame with closely-spaced poplar slats and solid steel, mortised-in corner brackets. Traditional mortise-and-tenon joinery is also used for optimal strength and durability. Choose zero-VOC linseed oil; zero-VOC walnut, cedar or mahogany finish; or natural unfinished. No lacquers or varnishes are used. Simple assembly; no tools required.
