Cali Bamboo Oak & Maple GeoWood
Cali Bamboo Oak & Maple GeoWood is a revolutionary engineered hardwood combining real timber layered over GeoCore, Cali’s stabilizing limestone composite foundation. This technological breakthrough yields rock solid hardwood flooring with exceptional AquaDefy water resistance and comes at a lower price point than solid wood planks.
Real veneer planks on Cali Bamboo Oak & Maple GeoWood bring warmth and a distinct cosmopolitan coastal vibe with an easy seaside serenity and textured satin finish. A robust stone core spine made of limestone composite delivers added stability and a stronger locking system, making DIY installations go up to twice as fast. This ultra durable hardwood floor features AquaDefy technology, making it perfect even in high moisture environments like kitchens, bathrooms, and basements.
Perfect for new homeowners or those looking to redesign on a budget, Cali Bamboo Oak & Maple GeoWood puts real hardwood floors within reach. Each plank features a beauty layer of sustainably farmed bamboo or lumber from Lacey Act Compliant managed forests over GeoCore® — a strengthening limestone composite foundation. This stone core makes planks more water resistant, faster to install, and better protected against indentation. Cali Bamboo Oak & Maple GeoWood’s revolutionary construction translates to 50% better dimensional stability, meaning less expansion and contraction even in high-moisture environments like kitchens, bathrooms, and basements.

Wood subfloors must be securely fastened. A best practice is to nail or screw every 6” along joists to avoid squeaking. If leveling is needed, sand down high spots and fill in low spots with a Portland based leveling compound.
Concrete subfloors must be fully cured and at least 60 days old, preferably 90 days old. If leveling is needed, grind down high spots and level low spots with a Portland based leveling compound.
