How long does paint offgas?
It has been estimated that most building materials offgas for the lifespan of the material and most latex (water-based) paint offgas for 2.5 to 4.5 years after it reached a complete cure. Don't be discouraged, though. The GDC carries AFM Safecoat paint, which is completely free of offgassing once it reaches a full cure.
