How do I know if a product is really green?
Depends on what your definition of "green" is. We specifically use the Degree of Green(R) rating and review system which allows us to educate our customers about the many ways products can be considered green. There are about 45 different green attributes that get boiled down to the three main categories...Human Health, Environmental Health and Sustainability.
You might be looking specifically for products that are healthier for you and your family. The next customer wants to reduce their impact on the environment. Everyone has a different goal when choosing "green" products, so it's up to us to guide you to the products that fit your degree. The GDC sales staff will be able to assist you in creating the green home you desire...to whatever degree of green you want.
