DynoSeal and Roofguard

Q:  I applied both Dynoseal and Dynoflex to a roof several years ago. What is the life expectancy of the products, i.e., when would they need another coating and of which product?

A:  Its hard to say exactly when you should need to re-coat the AFM Dynoseal and Dynoflex products.  Once a year, inspect the roof for cracks, bubbles or peeling.  If none of these exist, then your roof is holding up well.  Once you start noticing any of the above issues, then its time to repair and re-coat.
